Got no subtitles!

I own the german version of TSL and sothe subtitles wont work... anyone an idea how to fix the problem?

I have a french version and i download the tool.
but could you tell me which file I much convert with the tool ?

I've the same problem like XD_Tobi, I have also used the language converter but I still have no subtitles. Can someone actually help me?
