Future Pataches coming? Empty Future Pataches coming?

Will there be new patches coming for this mod in the near future like more sidequests fixing bugs and glitches, new items, weapons, armor and upgrades also new shop keepers and a specific shop keeper that sells every single thing on the whole game?
